Lance Bolton -

CEO

Lance Bolton, CEO and Founder of Revolution Records International, has spent the past decade building valuable connections and relationships in the North American music industry.
Driven by his passion for music, he established Revolution Records to create a platform where artists can thrive. With a proven track record and unwavering dedication, Lance is ready to introduce powerhouse artists set to disrupt the industry.

Lance grew up surrounded by musicians such as the Payolas, Headpins, Steve Kemp Trilogy Band, Bryan Adams, David Goodman, Dead Kennedys, Brent Wright, Uncle Wiggly’s Hot Shoes Blues Band, and Loverboy. He has been on tour with some of these artists, covering genres from blues, rock, and R&B to metal and pop. These early influences drew Lance into the music scene and have shaped his journey ever since.

Paul D'Eath -

Director

Paul D’Eath, our Director of A&R at Revolution Records International, brings a wealth of experience with over 30 years in the music industry. As a singer-songwriter and recording artist, Paul’s work has been showcased on Much Music and Music Plus, with his songs reaching audiences across Canada and the US.

His firsthand experience in recording and performing gives him a unique understanding of what artists need to thrive in this ever-changing industry. Paul has had the opportunity to tour with bands like I Mother Earth, The Tea Party, and Our Lady Peace, and even opened for Pearl Jam’s first Canadian show at the iconic Town Pump.

He also toured the Eastern US with Jake E Lee’s Red Dragon Cartel. Most recently, Paul released an album with Citizens Unite, featuring members from Default and Methods of Mayhem, which you can check out on YouTube. We’re thrilled to have Paul on our team, bringing his passion and expertise to help our artists succeed.

Jenn Johnson -

Executive Assistant

Jenn Johnson, Executive Assistant, brings her strong administrative experience combined with her passion for music, she is a crystal asset of the RRI organization. Her expertise in managing complex schedules, overseeing financial details, and handling administrative tasks with precision makes her a key player in keeping everything on track. Jenn’s commitment to the company’s success and values makes her an irreplaceable part of our Revolution Records family.

Jenn’s first love has always been the music industry. Music is so much more than just the soundtrack of life for Jenn—it’s her soul’s passion and purpose. She has spent her life supporting the artists who create the music she loves, particularly focusing on the importance of uplifting local talent. As a former sponsor of the British Columbia Country Music Association (BCCMA), Jenn has championed emerging country artists, helping to elevate their profiles and providing critical support during the formative stages of their careers. Jenn is also proud to have worked alongside former BCCMA President and BCCMA Hall of Fame Inductee, Linda Corscadden, at Rockin’ River Music Festival in support of local and international artists.

Jenn comes to Revolution Records from the film industry and with certifications as a Production Assistant from the Directors Guild of Canada and in Set Etiquette from Film Training, Jenn brings a versatile skill set that supports both the day-to-day operations and the dynamic needs of production. Jenn is also a voiceover artist and can be heard narrating a wide range of Audiobooks on Amazon and Audible.

In her free time, Jenn is sure to be traveling to new and exciting places with her husband of 22 years, enjoying live music venues, connecting with local artists, and continuing her support of the vibrant music community that shaped her love for the industry. With her wealth of experience and her deep-seated love of music, Jenn continues to inspire those around her to invest in the power of music and the artists who create it.
